Founded in New Delhi, built for businesses across India.

Brydgework Consultants was founded in New Delhi in 2024 around a simple observation: India's most promising small businesses rarely fail for lack of ideas. They stall in the space between strategy, finance, branding and operations, and the advice that could help is usually priced and packaged for large companies.

We set out to close that gap with one accountable team across five practices. We are a young firm and deliberately hands-on: the people who scope your work are the people who do it. Our ambition is to become a trusted, decentralised consulting partner for small businesses across India, from the first registration to steady, sustainable growth.

To simplify the path to growth for India's MSMEs, NGOs and social enterprises, pairing rigorous advice with the hands-on execution smaller organisations are too often denied. We measure ourselves by outcomes our clients can bank, not decks they file away.
