Zoho Corp has partnered with MapmyIndia (Mappls) to integrate address capture and lead discovery capabilities directly into Zoho CRM. The collaboration brings location intelligence into everyday customer relationship management workflows, allowing businesses to access mapping tools without leaving their CRM system.
As part of the integration, MapmyIndia’s Address Capture and Nearby Lead Finder tools are now available inside Zoho CRM. Address Capture helps businesses record and verify accurate customer addresses, reducing errors caused by incomplete or inconsistent location data. Nearby Lead Finder enables users to identify potential customers located close to existing clients or operational zones.
With this integration, Zoho CRM users can capture verified addresses, visualise customer locations, discover potential leads in nearby areas, and optimise sales routes, all powered by MapmyIndia’s indigenous mapping platform, which has been digitally mapping India since 1995. The collaboration enables businesses to operate more efficiently, serve customers better, and make informed, location-aware decisions using technology built and developed in India.
The integration allows users to visualise customer locations on maps within the CRM interface. Sales and field teams can use this location data to plan routes more efficiently and make location-aware decisions during customer visits, lead follow-ups and territory planning. By combining customer data with spatial insights, CRM usage becomes more effective for on-ground operations.
The location intelligence features are powered by MapmyIndia’s indigenous geospatial platform, developed and maintained in India. The partnership combines Zoho’s business software ecosystem with homegrown mapping and spatial data capabilities, reinforcing the role of Indian technology in solving enterprise needs.
Commenting on the collaboration, Rakesh Verma, co-founder, managing director and group chairman of MapmyIndia Mappls, said the partnership represents a coming together of two Indian technology leaders. He stated that the integration of MapmyIndia Mappls Address Capture and Nearby Lead Finder into Zoho CRM will help users work smarter and sell better, while ensuring that data and innovation remain within India. He added that such collaborations strengthen the Indian technology ecosystem and support the vision of an Atmanirbhar, Viksit Bharat.
Company leadership from both organisations highlighted that the partnership brings business intelligence and spatial intelligence into a single workflow. The integration is aimed at making CRM systems more practical and efficient for businesses that depend heavily on field sales and location-driven operations.
